Why was I not advanced to Week 2?

Hello, I made a date and time proposal to my opponent. He did not respond or show, I posted this to the proper thread. Why was I not included in the week 2 match ups?

You did get a win, please look carefully in the future before you write anything. The evaluation is always made on the Sunday after the game week.
