Metsfanjamie Ban challenge
We will be challenging the suspension of Metsfanjamie for the reasons mentioned in the other thread. We have received messages from the league adminstrator himself over the past few weeks. We have screenshots of these comments that were both offensive and insulting to all of our guild. These comments were purely unsubstantiated speculation on S_h_o_t's part and resulted in multiple players in our league being highly offended.
We understand that there are rules of this nature, but believe the rules should apply to everyone equally, even the league adminstrator himself. I'm sure this post will be deleted, as anytime we have tried to make a case for our stance, we have been shut down immediately and essentially told we are wrong.

also i have heard from some players that they are trying to hate some people against the league, this league is not to pick on other people but to have fun but i see that it may not seem in their interest.

First of all, you said we USED ez shot, you didn't say you had received information that it "may" be being used. That's a direct accusation and it was highly offensive to assume we are incapable of playing this game without "a program". You then backtracked and said no i'm not saying you used it, but then the very next sentence once AGAIN said we have "received some" where it is evident that Ez shot is being used. In the second screenshot you once again said that you have evidence that it is being used in our guild. These comments were made to Josey_Wales who is a member of our guild. You are making defaming and speculative assumptions simply because someone posted a link to a program in our discord. That is insulting and offensive because to us you are implying we are incapable of playing this game. It's not right to make assumptions that defame our players due to pure speculation.
We also have a screenshot of the disrespectful "nice DC" comment you made when you were playing against one of our guilds teams. For context to everyone else reading this, our guild's team was 5 down thru 12 holes when a DC occured due to player due to poor internet at a hotel. The team then replaced the member, which is allowed via the rules (and recommended by you), and the game ended up ending in a tie. It was clear that you were insenuating that the DC was intential and were thinking we had abused the rule just to get a different player in. That was wrong and never should have been said.
It's clear that mistakes have been made all around, but the rules cannot apply only to certain people. We really enjoy the competition of this league, but it has been clear that rules aren't applying equally to everyone and certain people are being targeted. All we ask for is fairness and the revocation of the ban.

1. So first of all I find it very disrespectful for the player Lisa_ to talk her way out with such absolutely ridiculous things, the player Metsfanjamie as can be seen in the screenshot has insulted the end. When I also wrote to the player and explained it to him, he still wasn't understanding and thought his behavior was okay. In the league there is an absolute 0.0 tolerance for insults.
2. I didn't want to make any assertion or any form of insinuation. I ask you why don't you write in my language? You see, it's difficult to use a translation program and then assume that it writes everything correctly. I would like to tell you again that this EZ Shot Calculator is banned in the league, but that doesn't mean that I'm saying that anyone is using it. I only found out from a few players who were in your guild that this calculator is available for download in the Discord in your guild and is also used. I didn't say who used this calculator and I'm not interested either.
3. About our game I said DC crash the match. I meant that our game went kaput because of the DC and we completely lost concentration, but that doesn't mean that anyone blamed them.
4. In the future I will only answer your questions in my language (German) so that all translations of the language are cleared out of the world so that there are no more misunderstandings.
5. And as you can see from the screenshot, I just informed you and didn't insult you or accuse you of anything.

We don't accept excuses for the words you sent to us. We have lots of things in discord and it is disrespectful and offensive in the assumptions you made. Anybody that reads those screenshots will see exactly what was said. You inferred our entire guild was cheating with no proof. I've played this game for over 15 years and the top 2 things in my opinion that make a great player are #1 putting and #2 knowing how a ball will react when it lands... so yes i'm highly offended when someone makes assumptions i need "help" to play this game, and i can speak for the players in our guild.
There's nothing more to discuss. I've told you all there is to say above, so I'm closing the thread now.
